Plan Descriptions

1:1 Online Training

Embark on your fitness journey with a motivating and rewarding 1 on 1 online personal training session. Be able to train in the comfort of your own home, while still having the undivided attention of your trainer via Zoom, FaceTime, Skype etc. Your trainer will then be able to guide you through resistance, strength, and cardio style workouts, using your own at-home equipment, household items, or bodyweight. Trainer requires client to be warmed up, stretched out and ready at the start of session.

1:1 Garage Gym Training | Single or Monthly 

Embark on your fitness journey with a motivating and rewarding 1 on 1 personal training session at the Trainers In-Home Garage Gym (zip 32277). You will have the undivided attention of your trainer, as you are guided through resistance, strength, and cardio style workouts. Beginner, or just in need of an extra push, you will be strategically coached throughout bodyweight, free weight, and heavy weight gym equipment exercises. Great Attitudes Required

At-Home Mobile Training

Embark on your fitness journey with a motivating and rewarding 1 on 1 personal training session, where I come to you! Request in-person "come to you" training in the comfort of your home. You will be provided with the trainers undivided attention while being guided through resistance, strength, and cardio style workouts. Beginner, or just in need of an extra push, you will be strategically coached throughout bodyweight, free weight, and HIIT style routines. Trainer will provide minimal weighted equipment at each session. Trainer will assist and educate in additional equipment or household items client may have to use.
Travel Limit: 25mile radius of zip code 32277
Great Attitudes Required

Expectations

Coaching sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of that session.
Clients arriving late to a coaching session will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made.

More Important Info

For all first time clients, 1st session will include the reading over of signed documents, discussing goals and current health history, and taking before measurements and pictures (optional) for tracking. This will be followed by an assessment style workout which will be compiled together to create a fitness plan that is
Consistent, Frequent, Intense, Training (CFIT),
but furthermore, well worth the adventure and journey.
